Job Title: Global Senior Digital Brand ManagerOffice Location: Vashi, Navi MumbaiExperience: 6–10 or above yearsIndustry: Derma, Skincare, Beauty, Wellness, or D2C Consumer Brands (Market : Domestic & International markets)Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly strategic, creatively driven Global Senior Digital Brand Manager with a deep understanding of building digital-first skincare or wellness brands. This role is responsible for owning and evolving the brand’s voice across D2C, marketplaces, social media, content, website, community, digital PR, influencer partnerships, and creative development. The ideal candidate should bring global and India-specific experience in branding, production, and digital storytelling and should be able to drive consistent and scalable brand experiences across all digital consumer touchpoints.Key Responsibilities1. Brand Strategy & PositioningOwn the brand positioning, value proposition, and messaging framework across all touchpointsDefine and evolve the brand’s purpose, pillars, value proposition, tone of voice, and visual identity across regionsCraft positioning for different product categories under one cohesive master brandBuild emotionally resonant storytelling around ingredients, efficacy, and lifestyleTranslate dermatology/science-led propositions into consumer-friendly communicationDefine annual and quarterly brand plans aligned to business goalsEnsure consistency of brand tone, look & feel across digital, offline, and marketplace assets2. Brand Communication & BriefingOwn brand brief creation: ensure all creative teams and agencies have clear mandates on target audience, platforms, tone, and desired outcomeDraft compelling communication guidelines for ATL/BTL, digital, influencer, and partner usageStandardize messaging across website, ad creatives, PR, packaging, and videos3. Creative Direction & Brand ShootsLead ideation, production, and post-production of high-impact brand shoots and campaigns (image + video)Oversee styling, casting, shoot budgeting, and location selection for brand and product shootsCollaborate with stylists, photographers, and editors to uphold global visual standards4. Content, Social & Influencer MarketingIdentify, onboard, and manage relationships with A-list celebrities, creators, and influencersDrive end-to-end planning for celebrity/digital media campaigns – from briefing to asset rollout and media amplificationDrive content strategy across:Social mediaWebsite (PDPs, blogs, education pages)Ads & short-form video & othersLead influencer strategy:Dermatologists / skin expertsCreators & KOLsUGC programsEnsure influencer content aligns with brand claims, compliance, and storytellingTrack content performance beyond vanity metrics (saves, CTR, assisted conversions)Maintain strong connects with leading influencer agents and digital talent managers5. Agency & Production House ManagementManage multiple creative, influencer, ORM, and social media agencies across countriesEvaluate and onboard top-tier production houses and post-production teamsOwn agency performance, SOWs, review cadences, and cost-efficiency metrics9. Content & Community LeadershipOwn content strategy across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta, Blogs)Plan and publish engaging content formats: founder-led videos, education-led reels, expert content, BTS shootsScale community initiatives like loyalty programs, private groups, UGC campaigns, expert AMAs10. Global Brand LocalizationAdapt core brand messaging to regional languages, cultures, and consumer nuancesWork closely with regional distributors or partners to roll out market-specific creativesEnsure brand cohesion across borders through global toolkits and approval processesMust-Have Experience & Skills6–11 years in digital brand, content, or communication strategyStrong understanding of:Social media & influencer marketingContent-led growthMarketplace brand managementProven experience building and scaling a skincare / wellness / derma brand in India and international marketsProven ability to translate science or functional benefits into storytellingDeep understanding of digital consumer behaviour, lifestyle branding, and omni-channel storytellingStrong connections with influencer agencies, digital media houses, celebrity managers, and production partnersExperience managing full-funnel brand campaigns, PR, and shoot executionFluency in tools like Meta Suite, Canva, Sprinklr, Meltwater, Figma, and Adobe Creative CloudStrong stakeholder & agency management skillsGood-to-Have ExperienceExperience working with beauty tech, science-backed skincare, or doctor-led brandsPrior exposure to GCC or SEA localization (Arabic packaging, market behavior, etc.)Experience in ORM management, SEO-led content strategy, and brand perception trackingBasic knowledge of growth analytics, conversion optimization, and A/B creative testingCertification or courses in storytelling, visual branding, or content strategy
