Backed by an 100+ strong engineering team, we are now looking for a proven deal closer to drive large engagements.Title: Generative AILocation: Gurugram Experience: 3+ YearsNotice Period: Immediate Joiner PreferredJob descriptionWe are currently seeking a talented Backend Engineer with a strong background in Node.js/Python and a keen interest and experience in Generative AI to join our dynamic team.Roles and ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend services using Node.js.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven features into our products.Stay abreast of developments in Generative AI, including models like LAMA, RAG, and ChatGPT, and explore their applications in our projects.Develop and implement algorithms based on Generative AI models to enhance the capabilities of our products.Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to integrate AI models into the backend infrastructure.Conduct research and experiments to explore new ways of leveraging Generative AI for content generation, data augmentation, and other innovative applications.Monitor the performance of AI-driven features and continuously optimize them for efficiency and effectiveness.Ensure code quality, security, and scalability through best practices and code reviews.Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance.Desired Candidate Profile3-4 years of experience in backend development with a strong focus on Node.js.Proven expertise in building and maintaining high-performance, scalable backend systems.Familiarity with Generative AI technologies, including models like LAMA, RAG, OpenAI, and ChatGPT.Deep understanding of Generative AI concepts and architectures, including transformers, attention mechanisms, and fine-tuning techniques.Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and asynchronous programming.Proficiency in database technologies (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, and testing.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.Strong communication and collaboration skills.
