The role involves managing end-to-end policy lifecycle activities, ensuring accuracy, meeting SLAs, and supporting quality and transition initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesPolicy Lifecycle ManagementPrepare submissions, generate quotes, and coordinate with carriersReview binders, endorsements, renewals, certificates, and evidence of coverageManage invoicing, billing validation, premium financing, and EOC processingResolve client queries and support licensed Account Managers where requiredSystems & DocumentationMaintain accurate policy data and documentation in Salesforce FSC, Applied EPIC, DMS, or other broker systemsEnsure compliance with US regulatory requirements and ACORD documentation standardsFollow defined SOPs and quality benchmarksQuality & Process Support (SME Level)Review complex submissions, quotes, endorsements, billing issues, and escalationsConduct quality audits and identify process gapsSupport transitions, SOP creation, process mapping, job aids, and QA framework setupMentor team members and provide floor supportLiaise with carriers, Account Managers, and internal stakeholders for complex casesRequired Skills & ExperienceFor SPE (6 months – 3 years):Experience in Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, or Employee Benefits broking or insurance back-officeUnderstanding of broker workflows including quote, bind, endorsements, renewals, and certificatesExposure to Applied EPIC or Salesforce FSC preferredStrong documentation and analytical skillsFor SME (3 – 5 years):Strong domain expertise in PL, CL, or EB processesKnowledge of US insurance regulations, ACORD forms, servicing workflowsExperience supporting transitions, migrations, or multi-region standardization initiativesAbility to review complex cases and drive quality improvementsIf interested, share your updated resume or tag someone who fits this role.Email I'Contact No: +91-8655512320
