Senior HR Business Partner (Sr. HRBP)Entity: LoanDNA Private Limited Location: Chennai Experience: 5–10 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Joining Preference: Immediate Joiners Preferred (0–30 days’ notice)Role SummaryWe are seeking a structured, business-aligned HR Business Partner to manage end-to-end employee lifecycle engagement, performance governance, workforce analytics, and compliance for assigned business units.This role requires mandatory expertise in Advanced Excel, HR dashboards, MIS reporting, and data-driven decision-making. The incumbent will act as a strategic HR interface between business leaders and employees while ensuring operational excellence and governance discipline.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Partnership & Workforce ManagementPartner with business leaders on headcount planning and workforce alignmentDrive performance discussions, employee engagement, and retention initiativesSupport talent planning and succession discussionsProvide HR advisory support to managersEmployee Lifecycle ManagementOversee onboarding & structured assimilationExit governance, F&F tracking, NDC complianceMaintain audit-ready documentationEnsure adherence to HR policies and processesHR MIS & Analytics (Mandatory)Prepare monthly dashboards (Headcount, Attrition, Absenteeism, Hiring Metrics)Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF formulas)Automation of trackers and structured business reportingTrend analysis and variance reporting for leadership reviewsCompliance & GovernanceStatutory documentation trackingPOSH compliance supportAudit documentation and readinessHRIS workflow monitoring & process adherenceHR Systems & Process ExcellenceManage HRIS modules (attendance, leave, onboarding, exit workflows)SLA-driven query resolutionIdentify and implement automation/process improvement initiativesMandatory Requirements5–10 years of experience in HRBP / HR Generalist roleAdvanced MS Excel (Non-Negotiable)Dashboard creation & HR analytics reporting experienceStrong stakeholder management capabilityExposure to structured HR governance processesStrong documentation discipline
