GradRight’s 200+ team members across Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Bangalore, Kolkata and the US are led by alumni of IIT Delhi, IIT Kharagpur, BITS Pilani, ISB Hyderabad and University of Pennsylvania.Core Responsibilities:Develop digital marketing strategies, plans and budgets in alignment to the growth goals of the companyDesign and oversee all aspects of performance marketing and lead nurturing: Digital Advertising (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Quora), Email, SMS, WhatsappManage the budget to ensure positive ROAS and MoM growth as per plansManage and develop the assigned team of associates and managers in the functionCollaborate with content, design and business teams to ensure timely and effective execution of campaigns and marketing ideasLearn, share and apply the latest trends, tools, techniques to continuously improve efforts and outcomesQualities desired:Qualifications:MBA/Master’s in Mass Communication or AdvertisingCertifications in Google, Meta and LinkedIn MarketingBachelors in Engineering/MathsKnowledge, Skills and Experience:Variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and operations research3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2C domainSound knowledge of various marketing and social media platformProficient in using marketing tools like WordPress, Unbounce, ZapierFamiliar with basics of HTML, CSS and JavaScriptCross-functional skills of working with Creative, Data and Tech TeamsGood written communication skillsLocation: Gurugram
