We are seeking a high-calibre Senior Dynatrace Specialist to lead enterprise observability initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Dynatrace platform and a proven track record of monitoring complex, large-scale Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) ecosystems. You will be responsible for providing end-to-end visibility into business-critical integration flows, ensuring performance stability, and leveraging AI-driven insights to reduce MTTR across our hybrid cloud environment. (Preferably in the e-commerce domain) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Dynatrace Specialist to take ownership of the observability, performance monitoring, and diagnostics of large-scale Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) ecosystem. You will be responsible for integrating Dynatrace with OIC, setting up end-to-end tracing, defining service-level objectives (SLOs), and utilizing AI-driven insights to proactively optimize integration performance. You will lead observability improvements, optimize monitoring coverage, and provide actionable insights to reduce key KPI’s MTTD/MTTI/MTTR across ecosystems.Dynatrace SME Roles and Responsibilities:Observability Implementation: Design and implement Dynatrace monitoring across a complex OIC environment, integrating REST/SOAP APIs, file-based interfaces, and scheduled orchestrations.OIC-Dynatrace Integration: Leverage ActiveGates and specialized extensions to ingest OIC metrics, logs, and traces into Dynatrace.End-to-End Tracing: Configure PurePath technology to trace transaction flows between Oracle Fusion Cloud, on-premises systems, and external applications via OIC.Proactive Alerting & AI: Set up Davis AI-driven alerting and anomaly detection to detect performance bottlenecks or integration failures before they impact business users.Dashboard Creation & Reporting: Create custom, high-level executive dashboards and detailed technical dashboards for OIC flow performance, lookup table latency, and error rates.Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Perform deep dive analysis on failed OIC instances, analyzing HTTP status codes, payload data, and connection faults.Operational Excellence: Perform monitoring compliance audits, optimizing monitoring configurations, and ensuring adherence to best practices for system reliability.Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the OIC development teams and infrastructure teams to resolve recurring issues and ensure long-term fixesTechnical and Functional Skills:Dynatrace Expertise: Proven experience with Dynatrace setup, ActiveGate management, Extensions 2.0, Smartscape, and Davis AI.Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC): Strong understanding of OIC components: App Driven Orchestration, Scheduled, File-Based, REST/SOAP, and Adapter configurations.API & Data Protocols: In-depth knowledge of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and XSLT.Scripting & Automation: Proficiency in scripting (Python, Shell, or JavaScript) for automation of monitoring tasks and API-based configuration management.Database Knowledge: Basic SQL/PLSQL skills for diagnosing database interactions within OIC.ITSM Tools: Experience integrating Dynatrace with ITSM tools like ServiceNow for incident managementKnowledge of ITSM Processes – Incident Management, Change Management, Problem ManagementITIL certification will be an added advantageQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.8-10 years of experience in IT, with at least 4 years focused on Application Performance Management (APM).Dynatrace Professional Certification will be strong plusExperience working with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) at enterprise scale.Good to have Skills:Experience with automation for Command Centre operations.Knowledge of Ansible, Phantom, or similar automation/orchestration tools.Scripting proficiency (Python, JavaScript, Selenium, Shell).Experience in implementing monitoring tools from scratch (Splunk, Open source tools, ServiceNow integrations, etc...).Understanding of APM, DEM, Synthetic Monitoring, and digital experience analytics.People Skills and Other Personality Traits:Excellent interpretation and stakeholder management skills.Excellent communication skills to translate technical monitoring data into business impact insights.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Ability to work in high-pressure environment.
