BharuchDepartment: R&DJob Type: Full-TimeExperience: 5-7 Years (Experience in chemical or API Industry required)Salary Budget: Upto 9.5LPAQualifications & Skills:* Education: Master’s degree in Organics Chemistry chemical engineering or a related field.* Experience: 5-7 years of experience in R&D within specialty chemicals or manufacturing environment.* Technical Skills:* Strong knowledge of chemical synthesis, formulation, and characterization techniques.* Familiarity with analytical instruments (GC, HPLC, FTIR, KF, etc.).* Understanding of scale-up processes and industrial chemical manufacturing.Key Responsibilities:* Conduct experiments to develop new specialty chemical formulations and improve existing ones.* Analyze chemical properties, performance, and application potential.* Translate lab-scale findings into pilot and production-scale processes* Assist in planning and executing R&D projects within timelines and budgets.* Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.* Collaborate with production, quality, and marketing teams to align R&D outcomes with business needs.* Provide technical expertise to manufacturing teams during scale-up and troubleshooting.* Support customer-specific product development and application testing* Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety standards in all R&D activities.* Maintain accurate records of experiments, formulations, and test results.Soft Skills :* Proficiency in MS Suit ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint)* Outlook* Communication and interpersonal skills.
