We are pleased to inform you about an exciting leadership opportunity with our organization for the position of Senior Manager – HR (Nagpur)Role Objective:To lead and manage complete HR operations at the Nagpur plant, ensuring smooth industrial relations, statutory compliance, talent management, and employee engagement aligned with business goals. The role is critical for driving people practices in a fastener manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Plant HR Operations:Oversee end-to-end HR activities at the plantAttendance, leave management & payroll coordinationManpower planning, budgeting & workforce optimizationContract labour administration with focus on productivity & compliance Industrial Relations (IR):Manage union interactions and collective bargaining (if applicable)Handle disciplinary cases & domestic enquiriesGrievance redressal and settlement negotiationsMaintain a harmonious IR climate tailored to fastener industry dynamics Statutory Compliance:Ensure compliance under:Factory ActCLRAESICPFBonus ActGratuity ActLiaison with labour authorities and government bodies Talent Acquisition (Plant Roles):Recruitment for operators, supervisors, engineers, and technical staffCampus & lateral hiring for plant functionsSpecialized focus on fastener/auto ancillary talent pools Performance & Engagement:Drive Performance Management System (PMS) at the plant levelTraining & skill development initiatives for the shop-floor and staffEmployee engagement programs aligned with manufacturing cultureRetention strategies for critical plant talent HR Analytics & MIS:Monthly HR dashboards & workforce metricsAttrition and productivity analysisHR cost control & manpower efficiency reports Preferred Candidate Profile:MBA / MSW – HR10–15 years of experience in manufacturing HR, with strong exposure to IR & plant HRMandatory experience in fastener industry or auto ancillary sectorProven ability to manage HR operations in a plant environment Skills Required:Strong knowledge of labour laws & statutory complianceConflict resolution & negotiation skillsLeadership & team management capabilityAnalytical mindset with HR MIS proficiencyAbility to balance operational efficiency with employee engagement Location:Nagpur (Plant-based role) – Candidates must be willing to relocate or already based in Nagpur
