Your primary objective is to help students make informed academic decisions while achieving enrollment and performance targets.Key Responsibilities1. Lead Management & Student EngagementConnect with prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and follow-ups generated through marketing campaigns.Understand student requirements and recommend suitable academic programs.Maintain high responsiveness and professionalism in all student interactions.2. Sales Conversion & CounsellingEffectively pitch academic programs, highlighting features, benefits, and career outcomes.Address objections related to fees, eligibility, course structure, and overall value.Convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments while achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets.3. Follow-ups & ClosuresEnsure consistent and timely follow-ups with interested leads until closure.Guide students through admission formalities, documentation, and payment processes.4. CRM & Data ManagementUpdate and manage lead details, follow-up notes, and conversion status using LeadSquared and CRM systems.Maintain accurate records to ensure smooth coordination across teams.Track performance metrics and lead progress through CRM dashboards and reports.5. Team CoordinationCollaborate with admissions, operations, and academic teams to ensure seamless onboarding.Share insights and feedback to improve lead quality and conversion strategies.6.
