Work Model : Hybrid (2-3 days in office based on project)Work Location : PAN India (Where cognizant office located)Detailed Job Description:Minimum 6-10 years of strong SAP functional experience in FICO module along with Test management, test governance skill setStrong working hands on experience of SIT & UAT test phases planning, approach and Test coordinationReview business requirements, functional specifications, and design documents to prepare detailed test plans and identify scope for SAP FICO modules.Develop comprehensive test cases covering SAP FI process. Execute functional, integration, and regression tests to validate system behavior.Log defects with clear documentation, track resolution, and retest fixes. Provide daily/weekly status reports to stakeholders on test progress and defect trends.Support business users in preparing UAT scenarios, test data, and environments. Coordinate execution, monitor progress, and ensure sign-off from business stakeholders.Maintain audit-ready documentation of test results, approvals, and sign-offs. Ensure adherence to organizational quality standards and regulatory requirements.Coordination of following test phases for CAR-T Ghent Supply Chain: FIT, BST, UAT.Responsible for putting into place the needed testing governance & structure (stage gate review, kick-off, closure, daily standup).Coordination & alignment with application & program test coordinators to enable integrated test phases.Defect Management & follow-up: from FIT, BST, UAT.Coordination of testing activitiesCoordination on defect resolution, defect reporting and resolution follow-up.Enabling of discussions to determine high-level scoping of E2E, standalones scripts per release.Support in the review and update of Integrated Planning related to testing phases.Support in update/Review Compliance documentation regarding testing if any.Weekly to bi-weekly reporting of status (based on need within program) towards key stakeholders/management.
