Job Description: HR Assistant (Off-Roll)Location: Worli, MumbaiEmployment Type: Full-time (Off-roll / Third-party payroll)Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week (Monday – Friday)Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (In-hand per month)Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to join our HR Operations team. This is an off-roll position based in Worli, ideal for candidates who have a strong foundation in HR processes and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The successful candidate will handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations: Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding documentation, maintaining employee files, and managing leave/attendance records.Data Management (MIS): Maintain and update HR trackers daily. Prepare reports and dashboards for management review.Excel Reporting: Use advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas) to consolidate data and ensure 100% accuracy in HR records.Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a bridge between employees, department heads, and external vendors for various HR-related requests.Administrative Support: Assist in drafting HR letters (offer letters, confirmation letters, etc.) and supporting payroll processing activities.Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation: MBA (HR) preferred, or a Bachelor’s degree with a specialization in Human Resources.Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Operations or a similar administrative role.Technical Mastery: * Expertise in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint).Advanced skills in MS Excel are mandatory (Must be comfortable with VLOOKUP, , Pivot Tables, and complex formulasCommunication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.Soft Skills: Strong coordination skills, ability to handle confidential data, and a self-starting attitude.Education :Required: Graduate with knowledge of HR operations.Preferred: MBA (Human Resources).
