Architect with around 12-15years of experience in Pharma and FMCG Projects (consumer goods projects of all types)Develop Master Plan for Industrial sites inclusive of Site analysis, site zoning, accessibility, comply with statutory requirements and safetyDevelop Architectural building design concepts for Industrial / steel buildings and office buildingsDevelop concept drawings, detailed drawings, statutory approval drawings and construction drawingsPrepare Technical specifications, Bill of quantities and cost estimateCapable of handling multiple projects concurrentlySoftware Proficiency - Revit, NavisworksExposure in BIM 360 platform and knowledge 3d model co-ordination, clash checkWorking experience in US code, Euro code and Indian code detailing, standardsWell versed with General arrangement drawings preparation for RCC and steel buildingsWorking experience in detailing process/non process buildings, warehouse projects etc.,Responsible for quality checks, quality assurance for review meetings and problem resolutionsResponsible for co-ordination with other inter disciplines like Civil, structural, water supply, drainage, site infrastructure works, MEP services etc., for cut-out and clash checkingGood communication skills and capable to manage Multiple projects / tasks are requiredGood knowledge in site RFI clarification dynamicallyWilling to travel to job site, when the project demandsGood English communication skillsProactive and taking ownership of the project, Leading the detailing part independently with limited review from the Engineers
