The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality German language instruction aligned with the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) philosophy with a deep understanding of the IB curriculum and be capable of delivering engaging, inquiry-based lessons that develop critical thinking and real-world application of scientific and mathematical concepts.Key ResponsibilitiesFor PYP (Primary Years Programme):Design and deliver transdisciplinary lessons in alignment with IB PYP principles.Integrate inquiry-based learning and concept-driven instruction.Foster curiosity, collaboration, and creativity among young learners.Collaborate with homeroom and specialist teachers to ensure a holistic learning experience.Use formative and summative assessment tools to monitor and report student progress.Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.Actively participate in PYP planning meetings, training, and school events.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Education and/or relevant subject area (German).IB-certified training in PYP (preferred min 2 – 5 years).2–5 years of relevant teaching experience in an IB or international curriculum setting.Strong knowledge of IB philosophy, inquiry-based learning, and assessment strategies.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.Proficient in educational technology and blended learning practicesWhat We OfferA collaborative and forward-thinking school cultureOpportunities for IB-accredited training and professional growthAccess to modern facilities and digital learning resourcesA diverse, inclusive, and supportive international communityPlease send your CV and cover letter to: Job FeaturesStart Date – Looking for Immediate JoinersJanuary 2026Job CategoryTeaching
