The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA implementations, with deep knowledge of data structures, migration tools, and data transformation processes.This role requires strong analytical capabilities, technical proficiency in migration tools, and the ability to collaborate closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to ensure accurate and seamless data transition.Key ResponsibilitiesData Migration Strategy & PlanningDefine and implement comprehensive data migration strategies for SAP implementations and upgrades.Analyze legacy system data and map to SAP data structures.Identify data gaps and recommend remediation strategies.Data Extraction, Transformation & Loading (ETL)Develop and execute data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.Perform data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and integrity checks.Ensure data consistency across SD, CS, PM, MM, and FICO modules.SAP Migration Tools & Technical ExecutionConfigure and utilize SAP migration tools such as LSMW, BDC, and other upload programs.Develop custom data conversion programs/scripts where required (ABAP knowledge is a plus).Conduct data uploads, mock cycles, and cutover activities.Testing & ValidationPerform unit testing, integration testing, and reconciliation of migrated data.Troubleshoot and resolve data migration errors.Ensure data meets business and compliance standards.Collaboration & DocumentationWork closely with functional consultants and business users.Prepare detailed documentation including mapping sheets, data templates, and process guides.Provide training and post-migration support to client teams.Ensure adherence to data privacy, governance, and security standards.Required Technical SkillsStrong experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANAHands-on expertise in LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench) and BDCStrong understanding of SAP tables and data structures in:SD (Sales & Distribution)CS (Customer Service)PM (Plant Maintenance)MM (Materials Management)FICO (Finance & Controlling)Proficiency in SQL and database systemsExperience with ETL processes and toolsAdvanced MS Excel skills (data manipulation, validation, transformation)Familiarity with SAP Solution ManagerPreferred / Good to HaveExperience in SAP S/4HANA migration projectsABAP programming for data conversionKnowledge of SAP HANAExposure to data governance and data quality management toolsIndustry exposure in manufacturing, sales, or material management domainsRequired Qualifications6–10 years of experience in SAP data migration projectsProven experience in at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementation/migration projectsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsInterested Candidates can share their Profiles to
