Financial Reporting & ClosureManage monthly, quarterly, and annual book closureEnsure accurate accounting, reconciliations, provisions, and accrualsPrepare financial statements and schedulesSupport group consolidation and management reportingConduct variance analysis and financial performance review2. Taxation & Regulatory ComplianceHandle end-to-end GST compliance including filings and reconciliationsEnsure proper Input Tax Credit tracking and reconciliation (2A/2B vs books)Manage TDS compliance and statutory filingsSupport corporate tax computations and advance tax workingsMaintain compliance calendar and statutory documentation3. Audit ManagementCoordinate statutory audits, tax audits, and internal auditsPrepare audit schedules and supporting documentationAddress audit observations and ensure timely closureLiaise with external auditors and consultants4. Internal Controls & Process StrengtheningImplement and monitor financial controls and SOPsStrengthen maker-checker frameworksIdentify control gaps and recommend improvementsSupport automation and system enhancementsCandidate ProfileChartered Accountant (Mandatory)8–12 years of relevant post-qualification experienceStrong technical knowledge of GST, direct tax, and statutory complianceExperience in handling audits and financial reporting independentlyExperience in a trading setup (offline trading / distribution / e-commerce) is mandatoryWork experience in promoter-led organizations will be preferredExposure to multi-entity accounting preferredERP proficiency (Tally / SAP / similar systems)High ownership and execution-oriented approach
