RCM Lead (End-to-End Revenue Cycle Management Expert) (Permanent Onsite in Gurugram | EST Shift)About the RoleWe are expanding our Revenue Cycle Management leadership team! We are looking for a highly experienced RCM Manager who can lead end-to-end RCM operations, drive performance, optimize collections, and build scalable, high-performing teams.If you are passionate about healthcare operations, data-driven decision making, and leading transformation not just managing tasks this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end RCM operations, including Charge Entry, Coding, Billing, AR, Denials, and CollectionsManage and mentor teams of 15–20+ FTEs, ensuring productivity, quality, and complianceMonitor and improve RCM KPIs such as Days in AR, First Pass Resolution, Denial Rates, Aging >90/120 Days, and CollectionsPrepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly operational & performance reports using MS Excel and dashboardsIdentify trends, gaps, and root causes; implement corrective action plansDrive automation, workflow optimization, and process improvements (Lean / Six Sigma mindset preferred)Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve escalations and complex AR issuesSupport capacity planning, forecasting, and team performance improvement plansRequired Experience & Skills 7+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM3+ years in a leadership / supervisory roleStrong knowledge of AR, Denials Management, and payer follow-upsHands-on experience with Practice Management / Billing Systems for Medical & Behavioral Health providersAdvanced MS Excel skills (reports, formulas, dashboards; macros a plus)Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work on night shifts / US timingsEducation Graduate in any discipline (, BBA, or related field preferred)Why Join us?
