The Role will entail:This role will require leading the coding Line of Business. Collaborate with the sales/ client services team in building the business and designing new offerings. Manage the delivery of services and P&L.Key Measurements for the role will be Revenue, Gross Margin, and Customer Satisfaction-NPSDevelop operations strategy.Contribute to the development of short and long terms strategies and operational goals.Adhere to the norms specified as per the Quality standard.Should be able to guide operations on functional aspects of coding and endeavor to improve coding standards in the team.Ensure financial success.Financial responsibility for each customer account assigned to the LOB.Manage the P&L.Should be able to use his/her functional coding capability to pitch in with clients with new solutions.Ensure best-in-class Operations: Create and manage operational frameworks to deliver high-quality work in the field of medical coding.Manage high Customer Satisfaction LevelCo-ordinate with clients on a regular basis and build rapport with clients with an objective to maintain fruitful relationships and reach operational goals/ client SLA and client outcomes.Create a storyboard to highlight performance, client metrics, recommendations, and front-end client conversation with the client leadership.Identify potential problems and resolve them before they become bigTo create appropriate servicing and retention strategies for customersFormal internal governance of programsTo ensure client satisfaction through the delivery of quality quality productsTo liaison with other areas of the company affecting successful operationsManage People and Ensure People SatProvide functional support and direction to the teamBuild confidence and trust among the employees for smooth operations and achieving targetsBoost the morale of the employees and develop a work environment based on equity and meritocracy,Maintain fairness in the performance management system and create an environment of guidance, mentoring, and development of teams.Review whether the training needs of all operation employees are identified, and training is imparted to develop the level of employees as expected.Work with delivery and training functions to create feedback loops from quality assessment to training and operations management.Work with operations and quality leaders to launch and lead quality projects across Coding LOBWork with the technology team to improve productivity, quality and client outcome.Desired Experience & Qualifications:Certified coder. Good Coding expertise in the area of E&M, Surgery, Cardiology, Radiology, Orthopedics, and Inpatient Coding.18+ years of work experience, including experience in coding, coding audits, workflow assessments, etc.Ability to Lead, guide and mentor large delivery team.Familiarity with clinical documentation codingTeam player who can work with multi-geography cross-functional teams.Be able to manage large teams across geographies.Demonstrated ability to lead &motivate a team to achieve business unit goalsExtremely high-energy team player with a burning desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment and rapidly evolving marketHigh degree of integrity, work ethic, and analytical abilitiesTrack record of delivering high quality services.
