The person will provide operational and administrative support in planning, developing, and allocation of sales promotion materials. He would act as the link between the marketing, purchase / procurement, and logistics to ensure smooth execution of promotional campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordination & SupportAssist in preparing promotional material plans and schedules.Co-ordinate with design, printing, and vendor teams to track progress.Ensure timely dispatch plan of promotional materials.Documentation & TrackingMaintain records of promotional material requests, approvals, and distribution.Track inventory levels of brochures, flyers, POS displays.Prepare status reports for management on material availability and usage.Quality & ComplianceSupport in proofreading and reviewing promotional content.MonitoringHelp monitor costs of promotional material . Skills & CompetenciesStrong organizational and multitasking abilities.Basic knowledge of marketing.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Good communication skills for coordination across teams.
