We’re looking for an Assistant Director - Brand Studio to lead our brand shoots and head the video team. This roleis equal parts creative direction and post-production leadership. You should be someone who can command a set, shape a story, and own the final cut.Key Responsibilities: • Direct brand shoots end-to-end: campaigns, product drops, IP launches, social films• Lead videographers, editors, and post-production workflows• Translate creative briefs into strong visual narratives and shot breakdowns• Drive on-set direction: framing, pacing, performance, mood• Oversee edits, give precise feedback, and elevate storytelling quality• Ensure consistency in tone, energy, and brand voice across all video content• Build efficient systems to deliver high-quality content at speedEligibility: • 3-4 years of experience in brand shoots, production houses, or creative agencies• Proven experience leading/working closely with a video or post-production team• Strong hands-on understanding of video editing (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / similar tools)• Excellent sense of storytelling, rhythm, transitions, and visual grammar• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-output environment• Experience with a fashion or lifestyle brand is a plus
