Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to join our Chartered Accountant firm (S. Ramanand Aiyar & Company) for Gurgaon location. The role requires managing accounting assignments for multiple clients, ensuring statutory compliances, preparing financial statements, and assisting in audits and tax matters. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience in compliance filings, and the ability to interact directly with clients in a professional manner.Key Responsibilities· Handle end-to-end accounting for clients, including bookkeeping, ledger scrutiny, and reconciliations.· Prepare and finalize financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.· Ensure timely filing of statutory compliances such as GST, TDS, PF, ESI, ROC, and Income Tax returns.· Assist in statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, and other assurance assignments.· Prepare and review management reports, MIS, and financial analysis for clients.· Coordinate with clients for data collection, query resolution, and compliance support.· Supervise junior team members, review their work, and provide necessary guidance.· Maintain documentation and working papers as per firm and audit standards.· Stay updated with amendments in taxation, accounting, and regulatory frameworks.Qualifications and Skills· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting (CA Inter preferred).· 4–6 years of experience in accounting, compliance, or audit (preferably in a CA firm).· Strong knowledge of accounting standards, GST, Income Tax, and TDS provisions.· Hands-on experience in accounting software (Tally ERP, Busy, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Excel.· Ability to manage multiple client assignments and meet deadlines.· Strong analytical, communication, and client-handling skills.· Team player with the ability to supervise and mentor junior staff.Employment Type: Full-timeLocation: Landmark Cyberpark, Sector-67, Gurugram-122018Reporting To: Partner / Manager – Chartered Accountant FirmSalary: Attractive
