Job Description:– Key Account Manager - E-commerceLocation: Jagatpur Road, Gota – Ahmedabad Industry: FMCG Experience Required: 2+ YearsRole OverviewWe are looking for a Key Account Manager - E-commerce to own and scale Pintola’s performance across key online marketplaces. This role will be responsible for managing key accounts, driving topline growth, executing platform marketing, and improving operational efficiency across channels like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, etc.The ideal candidate is data-driven, execution-focused, and marketplace-savvy, with strong ownership mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesKey Account ManagementOwn and manage key marketplace accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, Quick Commerce, etc.)Build and maintain strong relationships with platform category managers and account managersLead Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and quarterly growth discussionsBusiness Growth & RevenueDrive GMV, revenue, and profitability across assigned platformsIdentify growth levers including assortment expansion, pricing, promos, and visibilityMonitor competitor activity and category trendsPlatform Marketing & VisibilityPlan and execute platform marketing campaigns (Deals, Ads, Events, Brand Days)Manage AMS / Flipkart Ads / Q-commerce promotions in coordination with internal teamsOptimize content, search visibility, and conversion metricsOperations & ExecutionEnsure stock availability, fill rates, and SLA adherenceCoordinate with supply chain and operations teams to minimize OOS and cancellationsOwn catalog hygiene, listings, and new product launchesData & ReportingTrack daily/weekly/monthly KPIs:GMV, ROAS, contribution margin, OOS, fill rate, conversionPrepare performance reports and actionable insights for leadershipUse data to optimize pricing, discounts, and ad spendsKey Metrics of SuccessMarketplace GMV & revenue growthContribution margin improvementROAS & ad efficiencyStock availability & operational healthAccount relationship strengthRequired QualificationsMaster’s degree2+ years of experienceStrong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central or FlipkartExperience in FMCG / Food / Nutrition / D2C brands preferredStrong understanding of marketplace ads, promos, and algorithmsExcellent Excel & data analysis skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skills.Skills & CompetenciesOwnership mindset & execution excellenceStrong negotiation and stakeholder management skillsAnalytical and problem-solving abilityFast-paced startup adaptabilityClear communication & collaboration
