Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer with a strong background in construction and site execution. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Electrical Installation Works across Commercial, Residential, and IT Building projects. The role requires site-based project execution, coordination with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.Note: Immediate joiner required (0–1 month notice period).Key Responsibilities:Supervise and execute electrical installation works such as:Cable laying (Power & Control)Cable tray installationLT / HT Panel installation and terminationConduit and wiring work (Light, Power, and DB circuits)Lighting fixture installation and testingReview and interpret electrical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.Plan daily and weekly site activities, manpower, and materials.Coordinate with subcontractors for timely work execution.Conduct quality inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards at site.Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, material records, and work checklists.Support Project Manager in billing documentation and material reconciliation.Candidate Requirements:Experience: 3 to 10 YearsEducation: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical EngineeringKnowledge of electrical installation standards.Familiarity with cable sizing, load distribution and panel connections.Hands-on experience with AutoCAD drawings, MS Office, and site reporting.Should be able to read and understand electrical drawings.Soft Skills:Strong communication and coordination abilities.Leadership qualities for managing given site teams.Problem-solving attitude with accountability for project timelines.
