Hi,We are establishing a state-of-the-art Dermatology Innovation & R&D Centre to drive the next phase of growth through science-led, differentiated, and globally competitive dermatology and cosmetic formulations. We are seeking a visionary scientific leader who will build and lead this centre from the ground up, creating a strong pipeline of innovative, high-performance topical products aligned with global standards. Key Responsibilities• Establish and lead a modern dermatology and cosmetic formulation R&D centre• Drive end-to-end development of advanced topical formulations including creams, gels, lotions, serums, and sunscreens• Build differentiated, innovation-driven formulation pipeline• Set up laboratory infrastructure, systems, SOPs, and scientific processes• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-calibre R&D team• Collaborate closely with leadership to define long-term innovation and product strategy• Ensure development excellence, scalability, and regulatory readiness Ideal Candidate Profile• 10+ years of experience in dermatology and cosmetic formulation R&D• Strong expertise in cosmetic and topical formulation development (mandatory)• Proven leadership capability and innovation mindset• Experience in establishing or leading formulation labs preferred• M.Pharm / PhD in Pharmaceutics, Cosmetic Science, or related disciplineTo Apply:Interested candidates should submit their resumes via email to Please include /"Application for Head-R&D and Innovation/" in the subject line.
