Thisrole ensures high standards of quality across the SDLC by leading QA teams, implementingrobust testing processes, and partnering closely with Engineering, Product, and Delivery teamsto release reliable, high-quality software.What We Look ForWe are interested in self-motivated individuals who can easily function in a high-demand,performance-driven environment. Quality Strategy & GovernanceDefine and drive the QA vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goalsEstablish and enforce QA processes, standards, and best practices across teamsEnsure quality is embedded throughout the life cycle of the projectsDefine quality metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms2. Test Management & DeliveryOversee planning, execution, and reporting of manual and automated testing activitiesEnsure timely test coverage for functional, regression, integration, system, UAT, andrelease testingManage test environments, data, and dependenciesOwn defect management processes and quality risk assessmentsEnsure release readiness and sign-off from a quality perspective3. Automation & ToolingDrive test automation strategy and improve test coverage and efficiencySelect and implement QA tools for test management, automation, and reportingIntegrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelinesContinuously improve test frameworks, processes, and practices4. People Management & Team LeadershipLead, mentor, and manage QA engineers, leads, and automation specialistsConduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planningBuild a strong quality culture focused on ownership and accountabilitySupport hiring, onboarding, and team capacity planningIdentify skill gaps and enable training and upskilling5. Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Engineering, Product, DevOps, and Delivery teams to ensure qualityoutcomesParticipate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planningAdvocate for quality in decision-making and trade-offsCommunicate quality risks, metrics, and release readiness to stakeholders6. Continuous ImprovementAnalyze defects, production issues, and test results to drive root cause analysisImplement preventive measures to reduce escaped defectsDrive process improvements to enhance quality, speed, and reliabilityStay current with QA trends, tools, and best practicesRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practicesExperience with manual and automated testing for web, and/or API-based applicationsHands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright,REST tools).
