We are looking for a highly skilled Inside Sales Executive with strong experience in cold calling into the US market, lead generation, and selling IT services in an onsite/offshore model. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours and possess excellent communication and prospecting skills.Key Responsibilities:Perform high-volume cold calling and outreach to US-based prospects.Generate qualified leads through targeted prospecting and engagement activities.Use multiple platforms/tools for lead generation, contact database management, market intelligence, and prospect identification.Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline for the US market.Present and explain IT services offerings to potential clients.Work closely with sales and delivery teams to ensure alignment in targeting and opportunity qualification.Maintain detailed records of activities, calls, and lead status in CRM tools.Meet weekly/monthly targets on calls, leads, and conversions.Required Experience & Skills:5–7 years of Inside Sales experience with a strong focus on outbound outreach.Proven experience in cold calling into the US markets and working till 1:00 AM IST.Experience with a variety of lead-generation platforms and prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, Lusha, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).Strong background in selling IT services.Experience working with companies that operate in an onsite/offshore IT services model.Excellent command of written and spoken English.Ability to handle objections, build rapport, and engage decision-makers.Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.Good to Have:Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).Prior experience in B2B technology sales.Understanding of US geography, business culture, and sales etiquette.
