We are scaling from ₹1 crore → ₹3.5 crore monthly revenue in the next 18 months and aiming for ₹200 crore/month by 2030.To support this growth with strong financial discipline, we are hiring a hands-on Financial Controller who can build airtight systems, control cash flow, and help the company scale safely and profitably. Role OverviewThis is NOT a corporate finance role.This is a builder role for someone who enjoys:Running daily cash operationsEnsuring financial discipline across teamsBuilding dashboardsTracking ROI of sales, marketing, retention, and techManaging accrual → cash conversionPartnering closely with Founder for growth planningYou will be the backbone of financial stability for the next 24 months. Key Responsibilities1. Daily Cashflow & ControlMaintain daily cash flow sheetMonitor collections vs sales every daySalary planning (multiple schedules)Manage payouts across 3–5 dates without disrupting cashEnforce spending discipline across departments2. Budgeting & ForecastingCreate monthly budgets for all departmentsBuild 12–24 month forecasting modelsTrack budget vs actual weeklyPredict cash runway with accuracy3. Sales, CAC & ROI AnalyticsTrack CAC across channels (FB, Google, WhatsApp)Run LTV/CAC cohort analysisBuild ROI dashboards for:Sales teamsRetentionPerformance marketingTech initiatives4. Financial Hygiene & SystemsStandardize invoicing, credit notes, payoutsStrengthen internal controlsBuild SOPs across financeWork with CTO to integrate finance data into ERP (Pulse)5.
