Job Description: Software EngineerThis position is responsible for creating, testing, ensuring the quality of and maintaining a product that uses SAP Callidus Commissions. 3 to 5 years of experience in provide complex code modification, testing and debugging tasks. Provide high level analysis related to software design and development and solve problems.Key ResponsibilitiesApplication management for both development and supportUnderstand the biz requirements on the capabilities to be built within SAP Callidus Commissions module and take up design, build, test, deployment and supportWorking with Data Integration, Reporting, and Workflow teams, to design comprehensive solutions based on requirementsConfigure SAP Callidus Commissions module based on design identified including creating or updating rules, formulas, and rule elementsWorking knowledge on CDL is mustIdentify test scenarios, execute unit testing, and document resultsDocument migrations and migrate configurations from lower environments to productionAssist with developing or provide support for system integration testing and user acceptance testingTroubleshoot defects/ production issues within SAP Callidus Commissions module and drive to resolutionHands-on configuration experience and knowledge of enterprise commission systemsStrong Technical Skills (intermediate or higher SQL skills and basic programming, strong excel a plus)Provide product content to technical writers and review for technical accuracy. Record issues into a defect-tracking system (JIRA).
