Your rolewill be a combination of hands-on contribution, technical team leader, and single point ofcontact for client interaction.● Define Technology/ Strategy and Roadmap for client accounts, and guidesimplementation of that strategy within projects● Manage Data Science team-members directly and other practices indirectly, to ensurethat the plan is being adhered to over the course of the project● Build a trusted advisory relationship with the clients and internal accounts leadership.● Drive excellent project management required to deliver complex projects, includingtechnical scoping, effort/time estimation, identifying and managing risk and clientexpectations and communication.● Assume full ownership of the engagement. Build scalable client engagement levelprocesses for faster turnaround & higher accuracy.● Contribute to internal product development initiatives related to data science.Mandated Skills:● B-Tech/M-Tech/MBA/MS from a top tier Institute preferably in a quantitative subject(Comp Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Biostatistics)● 14 - 20 years of overall experience with 10+ years of hands-on experience in appliedmachine learning, AI and data science.● Strong grasp of depth and breadth of machine learning, deep learning, data mining,and statistical concepts and hands-on experience in applying data science andmodeling techniques to build solutions.● Expertise with client engagement, understanding complex problem statements, andoffering solutions in the domains of BFSI, CPG, Pharma etc.● Experience of scientific programming in scripting languages like Python, R, SQL,NoSQL, Spark with ML tools & Cloud Technology (AWS, Azure, GCP)● Experience in Python libraries such as statsmodels, scikit-learn, Pytorch/Tensor-flow,NLTK, scrapy, langchain, langgraph etc. Ability to review code, identify issues andsuggest tactical and architectural changes.● Experience in managing a team of 10-15 FTE and handling P&L responsibility.Preferred Skills:● 5+ years of experience in a consulting environment managing international clients● Deep expertise in Generative AI techniques, with a proven ability to apply themeffectively across diverse structured and unstructured data environments● Experience with agile best practices to ensure iterative delivery, cross-functionalcollaboration, and continuous improvement.● Partnership experience with sales and pre-sales teams to support businessdevelopment efforts.● Self-directed leader who drives high-impact initiatives, empowers teams, andconsistently delivers outcomes with minimal oversight● Exceptional communicator, skilled in translating complex technical concepts into clear,actionable insights for diverse stakeholders● Experienced in navigating complex stakeholder dynamics, adept at conflict resolution,and skilled in managing high-expectation clients with a focus on value delivery.
