We design intentional spaces in the city and in nature where parents and children reconnect during a critical window before the teenage years intensify. What You Will LeadBrand and Visual ExperienceDesign social media content that feels warm, premium, and unmistakably KinshipCreate brochures, posters, event materials, and digital assetsMaintain visual consistency across platformsContribute to how the brand evolves as we growYou have a strong visual foundation. You understand typography, spacing, tone, and restraint. You care about how something feels, not just how it looks.Community and Sales NurturingManage our social media presence with thoughtfulness and clarityPersonally nurture warm leads and respond with careBuild long-term relationships with families in the Kinship communitySupport registrations and onboarding smoothlyYou are comfortable speaking to families. You know how to balance warmth with structure. Experience and OperationsCoordinate on-ground execution for day experiences and retreatsLiaise with venues and vendorsPlan logistics and ensure everything runs calmly and seamlesslyManage guest experience during eventsLead post-event follow-ups and ongoing community engagementYou enjoy being hands-on. You are calm when things move quickly. You notice what others miss.Strong FitBackground in event management, visual design, learning experience design, or education design2 to 5 years of experience in design-led brands, hospitality, experiential spaces, or boutique events. Enthusiastic freshers are also welcome to apply.
