Job Title: Manual Tester – Finacle (Banking Domain)Location: Mumbai Experience: 1–5 Years Employment Type: Full-time Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferredJob Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual Tester with hands-on experience in the Finacle application within the banking domain. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of core banking processes and experience in manual testing of banking applications.Key Responsibilities:Perform manual testing of Finacle Core Banking Application modules.Understand banking workflows such as CASA, Loans, Deposits, Payments, and Customer Management.Analyze business requirements and prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data.Execute functional, regression, integration, and system testing.Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools.Coordinate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders for requirement clarification.Participate in UAT support and production validation activities.Ensure adherence to banking compliance and regulatory requirements.Required Skills & Qualifications:1–5 years of experience in Manual Testing.Hands-on experience working on Finacle (Core Banking Solution).Strong understanding of banking domain concepts.Experience in testing modules like:CASALoansFixed DepositsPayments/NEFT/RTGSCustomer onboardingGood knowledge of SDLC & STLC.Experience in defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Quality Center).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication skills.Preferred Skills:Experience in API testing (basic knowledge).Knowledge of SQL for database validation.Exposure to UAT coordination.Prior experience working with banking clients.Educational Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.Why Join Us?Opportunity to work with leading banking projects.Exposure to large-scale core banking implementations.Collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
