Internal Communications & Culture StorytellingBring our people stories to life.Own and evolve flagship internal platforms, curating authentic stories that reflect our culture and values.Create compelling content for the Group intranet and internal social platforms to drive engagement and community.Execute communication campaigns for key people initiatives (Wellness, DEI, Health & Wellbeing).Partner with senior leaders to shape impactful leadership communications — newsletters, intranet features, videos, and key announcements.2. External Communications & Employer Brand VisibilityBuild presence. Shape perception.Drive employer brand storytelling across social media platforms, with a strong focus on LinkedIn.Support PR opportunities, recognitions, forums, and awards to amplify GCPL’s voice externally.Contribute to compliance reports, research publications, and industry coalitions to position GCPL as a thought leader in People & Culture.Ensure all narratives align to core pillars: People & Culture, Sustainability, DEI, and Innovation.3. Employer Branding, Platforms & ProjectsDesign experiences, not just content.Implement and manage employer brand integration projects across touchpoints.Support rollout and adoption of Group intranet to enhance employee communication experience.Strengthen employer brand presence across the candidate journey — JDs, career pages, job posts, and campaigns.Collaborate with People Experience Centre, Design, and Talent teams to develop high-quality creative assets and templates.4. Communities, Inclusion & BelongingCreate spaces where everyone belongs.Enable and amplify Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) such as PRIDE, Able-GCPL, GKS (Sales & Manufacturing), and GCPL Allies.Curate storytelling that celebrates diverse voices and lived experiences across the organisation.5.
