Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Management: Identify and qualify potential leads from various channels.Oversee the CRM system for effective lead management and reporting.Sales Execution: Reach out to potential students, understanding their educational needs, and suggesting suitable courses. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing department to align sales strategies.Share insights and feedback from clients to the product team, aiding in course improvement and creation.Sales Training & Development: Assist in training new inside sales representatives, ensuring they are well-versed with upGrad’s offerings.Continually enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and industry understanding to drive sales performance.Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
