Looking for Lead Systems Administrator with SCCM, Intune, MACOS.Location – Noida/BangaloreShift – 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM ISTWork mode – Hybrid Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Systems Administrator to manage our organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Windows operating systems, directory services, DNS, DHCP, RDP, print services, VMWare, and Power Shell scripting. The candidate should be proactive, self-motivated, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Responsibilities:Manage and maintain Windows-based servers and associated services, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, RDP, and print servicesMaintain and manage virtualized infrastructure using VMWare and other virtualization technologiesDevelop and maintain Power Shell scripts to automate routine tasks and improve system efficiencyMonitor and troubleshoot system performance, including storage, network, and server-related issuesCollaborate with other IT teams to ensure successful delivery of projectsConduct regular security audits and implement necessary changes to ensure system securityProvide technical support to end-users as neededDocument and maintain system configurations and proceduresRequirements:Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in managing Windows-based servers and services, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, RDP, and print servicesStrong experience in managing virtualized infrastructure using VMWare or other virtualization technologiesProficient in Power Shell scriptingMicrosoft Windows Server, Azure, O365, SCCMKnowledge of network protocols and troubleshooting techniquesFamiliarity with IT security principles and best practicesExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication and collaboration skillsPreferred Qualifications:Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, VCP, and CCNAExperience in managing cloud-based services such as AWS or AzureFamiliarity with Linux-based servers and servicesWinOS, Directory Services, DNS DHCP, RDP, Print Services, VMWare, Power Shell
