We’re looking for a performance-driven, insight-led creative thinker who can bridge storytelling with sales. As Manager – Creative Marketing, you will own the brand’s performance creative strategy end-to-end — turning insights into scroll-stopping ideas that drive measurable growth.This role blends creative instinct with analytical sharpness. You won’t just make ads look good — you’ll make them convert.Key Responsibilities:1. Creative Strategy & Planning - Own the full creative roadmap for the brand across the funnel (TOF, MOF, BOF). - Identify creative angles, hooks, communication directions and storylines based on insights, trends & performance data. - Build structured testing plans for static, video, UGC and creator-led ads. - Translate performance insights into sharp creative concepts that improve CTR, CVR, and ROAS. 2. Creative Briefing & Production - Write clear, detailed and performance-aligned creative briefs for design, video, and influencer teams. - Collaborate with designers, editors and creators to deliver high-quality assets. - Manage shoot planning, script development, storyboard creation, and asset delivery timelines. - Ensure brand tonality, visual identity, and messaging stay consistent across all creatives. 3. Performance & Insights - Analyse creative performance daily—identify winners, fatigue, messaging insights and opportunity areas. - Build a creative learning library to track what works and why. - Work with the performance team to ensure creative testing is aligned with audience and funnel strategies. 4. Trend Analysis & Innovation - Track platform trends, competitor ads, creator formats and category communication patterns. - Continuously experiment with new formats (UGC, ASMR, product demos, testimonials, before-after, scripts, GIFs, reels). - Proactively propose new creative angles to stay ahead of competition. 5. Cross-functional Collaboration - Work with brand, product and marketplace teams to ensure creative direction aligns with product positioning, launches, reviews and promotions. - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (design, production houses, creators, influencers, agencies). Requirements:- 3–5 years of experience in creative strategy for performance marketing (D2C, beauty, personal care, lifestyle brand experience is a plus). - Strong understanding of Meta and Google ad creatives, funnels and conversion-focused communication. - Ability to write strong scripts, hooks, angles, and creative briefs. - Excellent understanding of design, video formats, and creator-style content. - Strong analytical skills to interpret creative performance and derive insights. - Exceptional communication, project management, and storytelling ability.
