In this role, you will manage client relationships, ensure client success, support sales efforts, and deliver excellent customer service. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include cultivating strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, addressing client needs, and collaborating with internal teams to meet company goals and client expectations.Roles and ResponsibilitiesSales and Relationship Management skills, such as communication, negotiation, and customer relationship managementData Analysis and Problem-Solving skills to identify client needs and provide effective solutionsMarketing and Digital Marketing knowledge, including an understanding of trends, platforms, and strategies.Manage client communication primarily through email and handle renewals, follow-ups, and negotiation threadsMaintain and grow existing accounts and ensure client satisfaction and long-term retentionTrack deal status and revenue continuityTime Management and Organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client accounts simultaneouslyProficiency in CRM software and sales toolsAbility to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferredPrior experience in client success, account management, or sales roles is an advantage.Strong written communication skills (email expertise is a must)Experience in sales coordination, client handling, or account managementAbility to negotiate and handle pricing discussions confidentlyOrganised, process-driven, and detail-orientedComfortable working in a deadline-driven environmentPrior experience in digital services and marketing (Optional)Why Join Us?Opportunity to directly influence the company’s sales stabilityHigh ownership and client-facing responsibilityGrowth path into Client Success Manager / Revenue Operations / Senior Account ManagementExposure to negotiation, retention psychology, and business communication
