About Acolyte LivingAt Acolyte Living, we don’t just book rooms — we help students live their best life when they move to a new country, starting with where they stay.We are building the ecosystem behind better student living, and we’re looking for people who want to build it with us. Why This Role Exists ?Moving to a new country brings both excitement and uncertainty.This role exists to bring clarity to that journey.You will speak directly with students, understand their unique situations, and guide them toward accommodation options that genuinely fit their needs.Your conversations will turn questions into confident decisions. What You’ll Be Doing ?• Connecting with students exploring accommodation abroad• Understanding their university, budget, lifestyle preferences, and timelines• Recommending suitable options from our curated accommodation inventory• Managing follow-ups and converting consultations into confirmed bookings• Coordinating with supply partners for availability and booking confirmations• Maintaining structured CRM updates and clear communication records What This Role Requires ?• Experience in sales, counseling, or student advisory roles• Strong listening and communication skills• The ability to build trust through meaningful conversations• Consistent follow-up discipline• Comfort working with performance goals and targets• Experience in overseas education or student services (preferred) The Impact You’ll MakeFor many students, you will be part of one of their first major decisions abroad — choosing where they live.That’s real responsibility.
