Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Sr. Client Servicing professional for a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. The individual will manage end-to-end client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication, coordination, and service delivery. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, overseeing project execution, maintaining service excellence, and identifying opportunities for account growth. Additionally, the role involves close collaboration with internal teams to guarantee seamless operations aligned with client expectations. QualificationsProven expertise in Client Services and Customer Service to build and maintain long-term relationships while ensuring high client satisfactionStrong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, internal teams, and stakeholdersUnderstanding of Customer Satisfaction principles with the ability to address client concerns and deliver impactful solutionsBasic knowledge of Finance to effectively support budgeting and project cost managementDetail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProven ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a teamPrevious experience in events, retail, or experiential marketing is a plus
