We are among the top 1% of Shopify stores in India and are now strengthening our internal systems by implementing ERPNext to support scale and efficiency.Role OverviewWe are looking for a skilled Frappe Developer to customize, implement, and maintain our ERPNext system across business functions such as finance, supply chain, inventory, HR, and sales. The role will work closely with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable ERP solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomize and develop modules in Frappe Framework and ERPNextImplement ERPNext for key business processes (Accounts, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, CRM, etc.)Build custom apps, doctypes, workflows, reports, and scriptsIntegrate ERPNext with third-party systems (Shopify, logistics partners, payment gateways, etc.)Write clean, maintainable, and scalable Python and JavaScript codeHandle system upgrades, patches, and performance optimizationTroubleshoot bugs and provide ongoing technical supportWork closely with business and operations teams to understand requirementsMaintain proper documentation of customizations and integrationsRequired Skills & Qualifications3–5 years of total experience in backend or full-stack developmentStrong hands-on experience with ERPNext (mandatory)Proficiency in Python, Frappe Framework, JavaScript, and MariaDB/MySQLExperience with REST APIs and system integrationsKnowledge of accounting, inventory, or manufacturing workflows is a plusFamiliarity with Git, Linux server environments, and deployment processesGood problem-solving skills and attention to detailGood to HaveExperience working with D2C, e-commerce, or retail businessesExperience integrating ERPNext with Shopify or other marketplacesKnowledge of performance tuning and security best practicesPrior experience in ERP implementation projectsWhy Join SAADAA?Work on a large-scale ERP implementation for a fast-growing D2C brandHigh ownership role with real business impactOpportunity to build scalable internal systems from scratchCollaborative, fast-paced startup environment
