Project Manager – Digital & DataLocation: Hyderabad Support Center Department: Technology PMOReports to: Manager – Technology PMOPosition Summary:We are seeking a tenacious, action-oriented Project Manager to lead the delivery of digital and data initiatives. This role requires a strong bias for action, a high degree of ownership, and the ability to move work forward in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. The ideal candidate is hands-on, outcome-focused, and accountable for delivery not just coordination.Key Responsibilities:Own end-to-end delivery of digital and data-focused projects, from planning through execution and closeoutTranslate ambiguous objectives into clear plans, milestones, and actionsDrive momentum by proactively removing blockers, managing dependencies, and addressing risks earlyDemonstrate tenacity in execution, pushing through obstacles to ensure commitments are metPartner closely with technology, data, product, and business stakeholders to deliver outcomesMonitor progress, risks, and issues; escalate with clear recommendations and next stepsProvide concise, actionable status updates to stakeholders and leadershipHold self and teams accountable for timelines, quality, and results.Required Qualifications:5+ years of project management experienceExperience delivering digital, data, or technology initiativesProven track record of driving execution in complex or ambiguous environmentsDemonstrated bias for action and ownership mindsetStrong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with data platforms, analytics, or digital product deliveryFamiliarity with Agile, hybrid, or iterative delivery methodologiesExperience working in matrixed organizationsKey Competencies:Tenacious execution: Persistent, resilient, and focused on outcomesBias for action: Moves work forward without waiting for perfect informationOwnership: Takes accountability for delivery and resultsAttention to detail: Maintains command of scope, risks, and dependenciesInfluence: Builds alignment across teams and stakeholders
