About the Role:We’re looking for a creative, high-energy Multimedia designer to join the Egen Marketing team. At this level, you aren’t just executing tasks; you are a visual architect. You will play a key part in strengthening our brand storytelling and supercharging our sales enablement efforts through high-quality motion design and sleek static visuals.If you know how to turn a complex tech concept into a /"scroll-stopping/" animation, we want to talk to you.What will they do:Hybrid Visual Storytelling: Develop high-impact motion graphics and static assets that work together to tell a consistent brand story across social media and our website.Full-Funnel Sales Support: Create the /"visual kit/" for our Sales Enablement team—this includes everything from 60-second animated demos to high-end PDF case studies and static sales sheets.Social-First Design: Build /"scroll-stopping/" content for LinkedIn. You’ll understand that sometimes a bold static quote hits harder than a video, and you’ll have the skills to execute both.Email & Campaign Assets: Design beautiful, responsive email templates and static web banners that drive our demand generation efforts.Production Ownership: Manage projects from storyboard to final export, ensuring every pixel—moving or static—is on-brand and high-quality.What are we looking for:6-8 years of experience where your portfolio shows professional motion work and high-end static graphic design.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) and FigmaStrong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and brand aesthetics.Ability to manage multiple projects with a high level of attention to detail and timeliness.Self-motivated, collaborative, and open to feedback.
