We are looking for an experienced Payroll expert to manage end-to-end payroll for multiple entities, ensure full compliance with labor laws, and optimize payroll processes using modern HRMS systems. This is a high-impact role where you’ll directly influence employee experience and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Take ownership of end-to-end payroll processing across current entities and future additions.Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of salaries, bonuses, reimbursements, and statutory deductions.Stay compliant with all labor laws and statutory filings (PF, ESI, TDS, PT, etc.) and manage audits.Collaborate with HR & Finance teams for payroll data reconciliation and reporting.Maintain and optimize HRMS systems, preferably Keka HR, to automate and improve payroll workflows.Generate insightful payroll reports and analytics for management decision-making.Respond to employee payroll queries promptly and professionally.Drive continuous improvement initiatives in payroll processes, compliance, and documentation.Who We Are Looking For:5+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll management.Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and payroll regulations.Proficiency in HRMS systems, preferably Keka HR.Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical.Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.Experience in multi-entity payroll operations is a plus.If you believe you’re a great fit for this role or know someone who is—Please share your profiles at on this link -
