Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Engagement Manager! In this role, you will design application architecture solutions that span multiple Oracle Fusion Clouds and Oracle Fusion ERP, EPM that meet business requirements, articulate design considerations, trade-offs, benefits and recommendations also having around 8+ years of experience on multiple cloud solution architectures.Responsibilities Develop and present proactive proposals to the client in line with the account strategyEngage the relevant internal Genpact teams and service lines team to developing solutionsHandle risks and issues related to the accounts, including delivery oversight ensuring there is strong governance in placeSet and manage client expectations ensuring strong client satisfaction • Strong sales/relationship management/account management experienceExperience in the Communications industry.Significant IT and BCM experience including relevant Global Delivery Model experiencePeer review architecture deliverablesHands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentationsCommercially savvy/understands contracts, MSAs, pricing modelsQualifications we seek in you!
