Executive- Marketplace - Job DescriptionBe a single point of contact for the assigned marketplace(s) and drive listings, ads management, marketing campaigns, and operations to achieve targeted sales and improve ROI.Responsibilities*Single-Point-of-Contact for assigned marketplace*Implement marketing and promotional activities to increase product visibility and sales.*Prepare sales forecasts and be responsible for achieving sales numbers.*Ensure all listings follow brand guidelines and marketplace standards.*Improvise or develop internal SOPs to meet marketplace compliance requirements.*Coordinate with internal team heads to achieve success on the marketplace covering but not limited to Inventory management & inventory forecasting*Cataloging & product listing*Order fulfillment & return processing*Payments and reconciliation*Resolve any escalations and challenges with the marketplace*Manage and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns to improve product visibility, traffic, and conversions.*Track and analyze ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, ACoS, CVR etc.) and take data-driven actions for improvement.*Plan budgets, manage keyword optimization and bid strategies, and scale campaigns based on performance.*Set up campaigns, monitor performance, and provide timely updates and reports.*Use marketplace analytics tools to improve product ranking, visibility, and overall sales performance.Candidate Profile*Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field *2- 5 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management, *Hands-on experience in managing marketplace advertising campaigns. Hands-on experience in ads and promotions to improve sales on Amazon or Flipkart is highly preferred.*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting.*Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.*Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
