The person will provide operational and administrative support in planning, developing, and allocation of sales promotion materials. He would act as the link between the marketing, purchase / procurement, and logistics to ensure smooth execution of promotional campaigns. Key Responsibilities Coordination & Support Assist in preparing promotional material plans and schedules. Co-ordinate with design, printing, and vendor teams to track progress. Ensure timely dispatch plan of promotional materials. Documentation & Tracking Maintain records of promotional material requests, approvals, and distribution. Track inventory levels of brochures, flyers, POS displays. Prepare status reports for management on material availability and usage. Quality & Compliance Support in proofreading and reviewing promotional content. Monitoring Help monitor costs of promotional material . Skills & Competencies Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic knowledge of marketing. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Good communication skills for coordination across teams. Educational & Professional Background Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Marketing, Business, or related field). 1–3 years of experience in marketing support, sales coordination, or material planning.
