Role & responsibilities:Manage the India Heads calendar, meetings, travel, and daily schedule.Coordinate leadership reviews, strategic meetings, and cross-functional communication.Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, minutes, and follow-up action items.Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, global stakeholders, and external partners.Draft and review professional communication, reports, and business documents.Organize events, town halls, leadership visits, and India-level engagements.Maintain confidential files, reports, trackers, and documentation for leadership decisions.Support administrative operations, logistics, and coordination across departments.Provide strategic insights and business analysis to support decision-making and new initiatives.Lead and coordinate new projects by leveraging business knowledge, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic planning skills. QualificationsEducation: Bachelors degree (MBA preferred).Experience: Minimum 5-12 years as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership (VP/ Country Head/ CEO).Language: Excellent written and spoken English; Kannada/Hindi is an added advantage.
