The Senior User Experience Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing innovative designs, conducting user research to inform design decisions, creating wireframes, crafting prototypes, and refining the visual and interactive elements of designs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, will ensure the delivery of intuitive and engaging user experiences.QualificationsProficiency in Design Thinking and a user-centered design approachExperience conducting and analyzing User ResearchStrong skills in User Experience (UX) design and PrototypingExpertise in Visual Design principles and practicesAbility to translate user needs into innovative and functional design solutionsExcellent communication skills to present and explain design concepts effectivelyBachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related fieldExperience working in agile environments is a plusPortfolio showcasing previous design projectsWhat We’re Looking For• 5–8+ years of product design experience• Deep expertise in UX, UI, interaction design, and design systems• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in fast-moving environments• Fluency with Figma and modern design collaboration workflows• Strong product thinking, user empathy, and decision-making under ambiguity• Experience in B2B SaaS, data-heavy products, or AI-driven platforms is a strong plus• Excellent communication skillsAdditional PerksFast-paced, high-energy startup environmentFree lunch, dinner, and snacksTop-of-the-line health insuranceOpportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technologies
