Role - Lead IT Operations Engineer (PL/SQL)Exp - 8 to 12 yearsLocation- PuneWork model - 5 days work from office.Domain -Cards and Payments mandatoryKey Skills - IT Operations, PL/SQL, Cards (Issuing, Acquiring or Switch), Application Support, Unix/Linux.Budget - Max 26 LPAJob Role:Lead the team to Investigation of incidents, change request (Small Enhancement), System monitoring & maintenance. Collaboration & support closely with cross functional teams. Communication & publishing reports with customers, Managing security protocols, risk mitigation strategies, and regulatory compliance.Roles and responsibilities detailsEnsure the definition of Production procedures and service performanceStudy and analyse payment operating platform like UNIX, PL/SQL, SQLUnderstand & implement the business recovery plan (PRA)Define and implement of Production proceduresEnsure release implementation and postproduction supportAssist in developing small enhancements and features for existing applications.Contribute to the analysis of vulnerability constraints of the production system.The drafting of patch/fix, testing and deployment to the production environment.Provide customer support to meet availability and reliability commitmentsEnsure in handling and processing of requests and incidents related to ProductionUnderstand and define clearly prerequisites for production system.Discuss, understand and define the small enhancements based on customer requirements.Effective communication and daily/weekly meetings with customers (e.g. Steering Committee, Production Committee, etc.)Execute and publish multiple production reports to the stakeholdersLead in creating and maintaining action plans for existing as well as new services.Lead in the definition of servicing tasks: alarms, scheduling, backups and planning batches.Work closely with IT operations team and identify opportunities of automation to ensure elimination of recurring issues in production.Making sure of seamless integration of new service to the existing production environment.Provide user support to guarantee the processing of reported anomaliesLead and review in technical support for users (2nd and 3rd levels)Analysis, diagnosis and resolution for the incidents.Maintain technical documentation and provide guidance to users.Contribute to the development of teams' skills with the aim of improving collective performanceEnsure intervention in the event of an incident occurring outside working hoursTo guide and educate operation engineer I for incidents, communication, new procedures for effective tasks.Ensure shift work or on-call dutySuggest improvement opportunities and Ensure reconciliation of payment transactions
