Country Marketing StrategyDevelop and execute the annual marketing strategy aligned with commercial objectives.Position UHM’s hotels clearly within their competitive sets.Ensure brand consistency across all properties and marketing platforms.Support new hotel launches and market entries.2. Digital Marketing & PerformanceLead digital marketing initiatives including:Paid search (Google Ads)Social media campaignsDisplay advertisingMeta-search platformsOptimize direct booking performance.Monitor cost per acquisition (CPA) and return on ad spend (ROAS).Collaborate with website partners to improve SEO and conversion rates.3. Brand & Content ManagementOversee content strategy including photography, videography, and storytelling.Ensure strong property-level visual identity.Manage social media calendars and engagement strategy.Protect and enhance brand reputation.4. Campaign & Promotion ManagementDesign tactical campaigns during low-demand periods.Support seasonal promotions and market-specific offers.Work closely with Sales and Revenue teams to align campaigns with occupancy needs.5. PR & PartnershipsBuild relationships with media, influencers, and travel bloggers.Coordinate press releases and media coverage.Support brand visibility through strategic partnerships and collaborations.6. Multi-Property Marketing CoordinationGuide property-level marketing executives.Ensure consistent messaging across the portfolio.Support pre-opening marketing strategies for new properties.Develop marketing toolkits for General Managers and Sales Leaders.7.
