From short-form social videos and creator collabs to branded films and digital IPs, this role is central storytelling engine. You’ll collaborate closely with producers, DOPs, editors, stylists, and talent to bring concepts to life across a variety of platforms and genres.Key ResponsibilitiesWriting & IdeationConceive unique content ideas across categories like fashion, fintech, lifestyle, beauty, and moreWrite scripts for short-form videos (Reels, YouTube), digital ads, branded content, and creator/influencer formatsCollaborate with the strategy and brand teams to align storytelling with client objectives and audience insightCreate moodboards, visual references, and decks to pitch ideas internally and externallyAdapt brand voice, tonality, and messaging across multiple video formatsDirection & ExecutionLead shoots end-to-end: from pre-production to on-set direction to post-production reviewsWork with cinematographers, stylists, and production teams to bring your creative vision to lifeCast talent (actors/creators), conduct rehearsals, and direct performances to match tone and briefEnsure creative consistency and narrative sharpness throughout the production pipelineParticipate in edit reviews and guide visual storytelling choices during post-productionQualifications:Have 4–8 years of experience in creative writing and directing branded or editorial contentAre confident directing both talent and crew on setHave experience with social-first formats and short-form storytelling (30s to 3 mins)Understand how to break down a brief and find the right creative hookAre comfortable working across genres, fashion films one day, fintech explainers the nextCan switch between fast-paced shoots and conceptual long-lead projects with easeAre visually inclined, narrative-driven, and obsessed with trends and format innovationBonus Points:Background in film direction, screenwriting, or branded contentExperience working in a digital-first agency or content studioFamiliarity with production workflows, camera setups, and basic post-production termsExisting showreel or portfolio of high-performing content across platforms (Instagram, YouTube etc.)If Intrested, Please share your CV on with the below details.Name:Years of Experience:Current CTC:Expected CTC:Notice Period:Email Id:Contact:
