We make it easy for local businesses to invoice their customers over WhatsApp. What you will do: Provide exceptional customer support through our chat support intercom and on calls.Conduct product walkthroughs and guide customers in utilizing our app to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Handle customer complaints and escalations empathetically and professionally, striving to resolve them efficiently. Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. Identify recurring queries and trends in customer inquiries to improve product usability and customer experience. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, providing ongoing support and understanding customer needs. Collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to offer valuable insights derived from customer interactions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback and resolutions using CRM tools for continuous improvement. Provide insights into customer preferences and market trends to inform marketing initiatives. What we’re looking for:A full-time experience in customer success or a related field is preferred. Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach. You are customer-obsessed and genuinely care for customers.
